The Role of a Coach

Coaches are the gate-keepers of our community. They moderate our Facebook group, and are the first line of leaders that new members interact with by having their coaching call.

What is the point of a coaching call?

To establish a personal connection with the buyer and help them setup their business in the best way possible. You are interviewing potential Eagles. It’s important that you estab lishboundaries/expectations for people joining this community – as well as realistic expectations…You MUST establish an expert level for you, the mentor, and this community.

Coaches do so much more than just coaching calls.

As gatekeepers, we decide who gets in and who doesn’t. And, for those that do gain access, you are their cheerleader, financial advisor, and business coach (NOT life coach). A coach must be the biggest believer in our system, products and community – and the clearest on just what they can do for people. A coach must be the number one advocate of our policies and procedures.

Criteria to Become a Coach

Your sales funnel must be a minimum of 6 months old, AND you also need to hold a rank of 4A as an Enagic Distributor.

Once a member of The Dream Team has achieved this criteria, they can apply to become a coach. Coaches are compensated $50 USD for the calls they complete properly.

How to Apply to Become a Coach

Fill out the following Form only once you have achieved the rank of 4A and have had your sales funnel for at least 6 months. We will unlock your training and conduct an assessment with you. You will also need to submit your Team Tracker using the approved method as detailed in the training site.

Prior to becoming a coach:

If you are deemed not ready, then you will need to take the time to build upon the areas that your evaluator advises you on. Note: There will be a $50US fee for this second evaluation.

If in any case, there is a time when an applicant firmly feels that they are ready for coaching, but their evaluator disagrees after performing the assessment interview, then the applicant can reach out to the Coach’s Council for mediation.
All coaching applications will be handled from Monday to Friday starting at 0800 hrs PST.
