How To Follow Up With Enagic If You Are Missing Commissions
If you are missing commissions for an order that was processed by Enagic 60 days ago or more , then we recommend that you follow up with Enagic as follows:
NOTE:
- Download the Compensation Research form by logging into enagic.com – you can find it under the USA ALL Forms
- Send form to Enagic. If you can find the original email they sent you confirming the order was processed then forward that email with the form attached.
- If you do not hear back from that department – then 1 Month later forward your original email back to the same email – AND cc your territory sales manager, and your 6A2-3.
- Continue to forward this email on to all of these people until you have resolution

Selling Discounted Product
We NEVER sell product at a discount to ANYONE. Enagic Distributors who sell product at a discount will jeopardize not only their business with Enagic, but also their membership with the Dream Team.
Claiming the 6A Rank
To claim the 6A rank, you must have a minimum of 101 points and a minimum sales volume of $300,000 USD. In addition, you must claim the 6A rank with a direct sale (which CANNOT be an Ukon DD or an E8PA membership). Note that Ukon DD sold to date will only count as 1/3 of a point for each renewal (so a full year of Ukon DD counts as 1 point – just as an Ukon Sigma does).
Income Claims
Free Agent Status
When a current Enagic distributor has not sold anything for at least 2 years, they become a Free Agent. This means that they can buy product from another existing distributor in order to join their downline.
NOTE: We do not accept Free Agents (FAO) that are 5A rank and above.
The Enagic policy states that any Free Agent distributor that you bring into your downline can NEVER be used for you to rank up. For example – If you are a 6A distributor with already one other 6A distributor below you, bringing on a Free Agent who eventually claims 6A will NEVER qualify you as a 6A2.
Free Agent transfers ONLY benefit the Free Agent – because you’re helping them with their business. It NEVER helps you. Especially because these people keep their rank – so they cut you out of the commissions that much faster.
Ukon Cancellation Policy
If you have an Ukon DD account whereby you are paying every 4 months or every 1 month – you can actually stop your order after 1 year if you wish and still maintain a permanent distributorship. Cancellation of the Ukon DD auto ship program must be made at least 4 weeks before the next scheduled shipment in writing (by letter, fax or email).
If you have an Ukon Sigma account whereby you are paying once per year, you may cancel the auto ship program in writing (by letter, fax or email) at least 4 weeks before the end of the one year period. If you do not cancel at least 4 weeks in advance, the program auto renews for another year.
Please Note: If you cancel your Ukon account, you will only qualify for points and commissions on machine sales at this point – unless you protect this account with a new Ukon order.

You can have up to 3 machine accounts in your personal name (5 in a corporation’s name). Each of these machine accounts can have up to 3 Ukon Sigmas in your name and an unlimited number of Ukon DD accounts.
E8PA
Enagic E8PA - Prosperity Association
Enagic Distributors can benefit by joining the E8PA program by getting discounts on product and accumulating points that can be used towards visiting the various Enagic facilities globally.
As of January 2019, Distributors who are 1A to 5A can now join E8PA via the new Crystal Level Membership which is $500 USD annually. At this price point, E8PA is worth considering for Distributors who are serious about their business.
Upon claiming the 6A rank, Crystal E8PA members will be promoted to Bronze Level E8PA members and get their first year as Bronze level for only $500 USD still. After that, your price will go up to the regular $1000 USD/year. Current 6A+ Distributors can only buy in at Bronze Level or above.
Note: When purchasing E8PA, make sure that you do so with your TOP/MAIN account ID Number.
