The capacity to learn is a gift …The ability to learn is a skill … The willingness to learn is a choice.
If you are still unclear, please contact your mentor.
It’s good practice to periodically check the Page Quality on your Facebook Business Page. So long as this is in good standing, you should be able to continue using this as your primary page in Ads Manager.
You can search your domain on “My Web of Trust” as per the blueprint courses. Facebook checks this site and if you have a negative review on here, then it is more likely that your domain is flagged on Facebook. If you do not have a negative reviews, it does not mean your domain isn’t flagged on Facebook. It just means that a negative review here wasn’t what caused it.

*** If you are a newby, reach out to your mentor first for guidance. You might have made a simple mistake in terms of your wording/content. ***
Step 1: Review your text, headline, and image
Answer these questions:
A. Are you using flag words? Check the ‘Words to Avoid’ list (i.e. – you, your, online, etc.)
B. Could anything be considered political or controversial or cause a person to feel negative about their attributes?
C. Are you telling someone what to do? (i.e. CLICK the LIKE BUTTON etc….)
D. Once you have done the above, ask a second party to examine your ad. Perhaps your mentor or a friend in the business. Often a fresh set of eyes will catch something we’ve overlooked.
E. Does your ad contain the word ‘you’ more than once?
Step 2: Edit and Resubmit Ad
Edit the changes that need to be made in the ad and resubmit for a second review. If it’s approved, Congrats!!! Happy advertising! However, If it is rejected a second time, you may choose to do one of the following :
A. Delete the ad and start new.
B. Move to Step 3
Step 3: Optional review/appeal process
If you KNOW your ad is compliant and does not go against any community standards, terms of service, or advertising policies, you may at this point choose to request a review using the steps provided by Facebook.
Please keep in mind that it is often a safer practice to delete an ad and start fresh. In which case, less attention is drawn to errors or rejections, therefore, offering less risk of more serious disables and restrictions. However, having several disapproved ads on your account, that have never received an approved status, is also a concern. If your page is new and you have 2 ads rejected/disapproved, please seek assistance on which direction to take.
More guidance here:
I believe your algorithm mistakenly disapproved this ad. This ad does not violate any Facebook TOS as it makes no False Statements or Deceptive Claims, has no Profanity and contains no Ethnic or Racial Profiling.
Please have a human review the ad content and approve as soon as possible.
Thank you.
My landing page has been disapproved or rejected, but I believe that this was an error. I do not see any policy violations on my landing page. I would like a person of authority to have a close look at this.
This page is simply offering a free webinar class, like hundreds of other webinar classes promoted on Facebook. The webinar teaches people the basics of how to earn a bit of extra income by using the internet. It is valuable information on the trends of today. The landing page is very clear on the topics covered in the class.
The page is not making any income claims, or any other claims at all. In fact, there is a statement in the middle of the page that says “Income is not guaranteed” and there is another income disclaimer link at the bottom of the page that gives further explanation that effort and time are required for any venture, and again that no income is guaranteed.
The page is not advising anyone to work at home or anything like that. It is a free invitation to gain information only.
Furthermore, it clearly states that it has no connection to Facebook, and it is a secure web page.
I would like to start advertising again. I am a paying customer of Facebook and I have not violated any regulations whatsoever. I appreciate that there is a tremendous amount of volume and traffic on Facebook, and that much of the preliminary scouting must be performed by computer software, however there has been a mistake here, and I would like to see it resolved. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
The landing page is: ——-
I have taken your Blueprint courses on your advertising policies and followed it. My ads were never disapproved and if they were violating your policies they never would have got approved in the first place. Plus they have been running for 9 months and I have spent thousands of dollars on my campaigns. I checked my Facebook page as well and it has never been flagged for any violations. My ads are not misleading, they are promoting my business page which actually has a sign up for our web class to attend, and see if this business opportunity is for the individual. I would like a real person to look over all my ads please.
Thank you.

1. If you followed the training and you created more Ad Accounts after Facebook
Step 1:
Please watch the video below on how to submit an appeal and check your support inbox.
Go in and delete everything that’s possibly non-compliant. Then a ppeal it! There are sample texts below these steps you can tweak and try.
Step 2:
Move to another Ad Account and start running an Engagement Ad for 7-10 days – i.e. Likes, Post Engagement, or Lead Generation Ads without your website/URL attached.
Note: You do not need to create a new ad if you already have an Engagement Ad running on the new ad account to keep it active. Allow it to continue to run while you do Step 3.
Step 3:
You will have to create a new pixel and submit a Funnel Update Form to the Funnel Team in order to run Conversion Ads.
If this was your last Ad Account available in the current Business Manager, you will
have to:
A) Move to your second Business Manager or
B) Create a new Business Manager
IMPORTANT: You will need to verify your domain in your new Business Manager. You can do this easily as long as both Business managers are in good standing.
Follow the steps below to share your domain verification with your new Business manager.
Step 1: Log into your new Business Manager (Business.facebook.com)
Step 2: Go to Business Settings
Step 3: Scroll down to Business info and copy the Business Manager ID
Step 4: Log into your Old Business manager account, Go to Business settings
Step 5: Scroll down to Brand safety and click on Domain
Step 6: Click on Assign partner on the upper right section of the screen and paste the Business manager ID copied from the new page
*** If this is your last Ad Account in your second Business Manager on this Personal
profile, you will have to move to or create a new profile. See the last section in this tab for guidance***

I kindly request a review of this ad account. I have done the blueprint courses and try to stay in compliance with all terms of service and community standard as laid out in the policies. I have gone through all current ads and edited or removed those which may have mistakenly caused a violation. I look forward to continuing to build a strong relationship with Facebook advertising. Thank you in advance and for your prompt response.

I hope you are having a great day. We are a reputable digital marketing education company. I believe this account was deactivated by mistake. We do strive to stay up to date with all advertising policy and term changes. If we have missed something please advise us on which rules we violated and we would be happy to make the changes to comply. We rely on this account to grow our business, especially during these times. I appreciate anything you can do to help.
Thank you.
Method 1 (Recommended):
1. Make SURE your Business page quality is in good standing. This can be done by the more drop down on your business page, page quality.
2. Create a new FB profile with a brand-new email address, and post on it. To be safe use a different browser eg: internet explorer .
3. In your 2nd FB profile, send a friend request to your 1st FB profile. Go to your 1st FB profile and accept the friend invitation, season your page for at least 7 days.
4. From your 1st FB profile, go to your business page. Go into the settings and then click on page roles. Add your 2nd FB profile and make sure it has admin access.
5. Login to your 2nd FB profile and accept the invitation.
6. In the 2nd FB profile – set up a new business manager and ad account (as per the training site. Do this after you have seasoned your new profile, don’t push too fast). If it doesn’t allow you to create one, wait another week to try.
7. Ad payment info, I was able to use the same payment info .
8. You will post on your business page as normal.
9. Add some friends to it eg: DT members people that support you.
10. Post on second FB profile page 2-3 times a week – this is to show it is an active profile.
11. Your new FB profile needs to be at least a week or two old before you create ads.
12. Warm up your new ad account as you did when you first started. Run an engagement objective campaign 1 -2 weeks. and follow the advertising training again.
13. If you are going to use conversion ads make sure you set up your pixel and send in for the change to the funnel team.
14. If you have done it all correctly, when you go to make an ad (using your 2nd FB profile) you will be able to select your business page.
15. If it happens again, no worries, make a new profile (LOL FB can’t beat us hahaha).
16. Just in case, you can get another back up profile going also so it is faster the next time. Or if you have a spouse can use theirs also.
Method 2:
Clear cache on your computer and phone.
Log into Facebook on a new IP address (different location or public place with free WiFi).
Create a new personal profile with the following: brand new unique email (not using your name or similar passwords etc – nothing similar to any past accounts).
Use a unique name (add a middle initial? ex. Nicole M Knight, Nicole May, NM Knight, etc.).
Use a different phone number.
Use a different address.
Use a different photo (mine worked with multiple people in my photo, I was wearing sunglasses).
Wait 24 hrs until you set up your business manager (use a different payment method – mine worked with PayPal).
DO NOT link your business pages to new personal profile.
DO NOT add your website to new personal profile.
DO NOT link your Instagram to new profile.
Leave your blocked account alone for a FULL 96 hours – no emails, no checking.
After the 96 hours:
– Log off Facebook from every device. – Clear caches on all devices.
– Clear caches on all devices.
– Be on new IP address (different location – free public WiFi).
– Log into Facebook blocked account.
Creating a new business page? Follow the training – be sure to ADD a 2nd ADMIN to your business pages.
Go through and delete any content that MAY be a flag - i.e. income claims, posts with your link in it, ads you’ve posted to your page that may not be compliant, flag words, etc.
Appeal
Go to a back up page if you’ve created one
Create a new page as per the training and season accordingly prior to advertising
Remember: DO NOT add your website/URL or bio to your new Business Page until after you have “seasoned” it by following the progression in the training.
As always, your first step is to delete any possible non-compliant ads and send in an appeal. (See sample text below steps.)
1. If this is your first Business Manager – after sending in your appeal, you can move to your second Business Manager. If you have not created a second one, go back to the training and follow the steps to create one.
2. If this is your second Business Manager on your Personal Profile and you’ve had no success with appeals – it’s time to go to a new admin on your Facebook Business Page – either your own backup profile or someone that you have given admin rights to. Log into the backup account and create/start warming Business Managers up as per training.
If you have not added other admins (your spouse or your own backup profile) on your Business Page, then it’s time to start at the beginning with a new profile and new Business Managers.
If you do not have a backup profile started, you will need to create it
and season it BEFORE trying to create Business Managers under it. In most cases, you can use the same Facebook Business Page but not always. Checking the Page Quality is a good place to start but it’s not always a violation – it may be flagged just through Business or Ads Manager from someone reporting your ad. The same goes for your domain/URL – it may or may not be flagged. The only way you will know for sure is if you try to run an ad again and you get blocked again right away. In this case, you will also need to create a new Facebook Business Page and/or domain/URL.

Hello,
First let me say, that I try very hard to abide by Facebook’s Policies. I am familiar with Blueprint and appreciate what Facebook does to control what is advertised in its market. I was disabled, and it was just before I was trying to go in and delete the ad that was not in compliance, as I respect the policies. So, could someone please advise me as to how I can fix this and get back up and running, as all I want to do is delete the ads that aren’t in compliance and start new ones that comply with all policies.
Thank you in advance for all you do, and any guidance you can give me.

I kindly request a review of this Business Manager. I have gone through great lengths to ensure I follow policy, terms of service and community standards. I am currently going through all the blueprint courses and am spending a lot of money on advertising with Facebook. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to continuing to learn and grow with Facebook ads.
Thank you.

1. Go through your Personal Profile and delete ANY and ALL original or shared business related posts of yours or someone else’s – this includes kinds of “Costco Card Giveaways”.
2. Send in an appeal .
3. Clear cache and website data on all devices .
4. Log out of all Facebook accounts.
5. Create a new email address .
6. In a new browser (i.e.: Firefox), go to Facebook and create a new account.
*** YOU DO NOT NEED TO ADD A PHONE NUMBER TO A PROFILE ***
7. Log Out.
8. For the next 2 weeks, gradually add friends and post at least once a day on that profile. (You can post your new link into your team chat/group and ask for friend requests. Only send or accept 5-10 requests a day.
*** DO NOT ASK THIS IN THE DREAM TEAM FACEBOOK PAGE!!! ***
9. After about 2 weeks, go into your restricted account and send your new account a Friend Request. Then go to your Facebook Business Page through your original profile and give your new profile admin access. Once this is done, unfriend yourself. After your new profile has admin access, you can also remove your restricted profile from admin on your Business Page (this is a personal preference – you can always add yourself back if the restriction is overturned during appeals).
10. Create a new business manager as per previous training. You will be required to activate two-factor authentication, below is a video to walk you through this process.
Things to consider:
11. Once your new profile, page, and/or business managers are well seasoned ( a minimum of 2-3 months) you can now add a second admin to your business manager to ensure you can access it should another shutdown occur.
12. Go back and review and follow all steps in the Advertising on Facebook tab
13. DO THE FACE BOOK BLUEPRINTS!!!
NOTE: This video was created using the Text Me app. There are a number of free phone/text apps available and you may use whichever one you like. However, any app/number you use must be able to receive codes via text, so read the fine print as this is often a paid feature.
NOTE: Recently Facebook has rebranded to “Meta”. Your screen may look different from the video as you look for support. This is just a change in appearance, the tools and processes have not changed at this time.
In the event that you have received notification of a disapproved ad, a disabled ad account, or any other restriction, you may wish to reach a Facebook Support Agent. The video below will show you how to navigate to the Facebook Support Chat, where you will be able to contact someone for assistance regarding your issue.
The Live Chat feature is available within Facebook’s business hours. Email is available outside of business hours.
If you are new to advertising on Facebook, and you have never contacted Facebook support, we encourage you speak to your mentor for preparation, prior to using this tool.
