The capacity to learn is a gift …The ability to learn is a skill … The willingness to learn is a choice.

IC Member Partner Brand Building

What are you Promoting?

Our business model is "Attraction Marketing"

That means that you are simply sharing your genuine story, elements of your life, including the struggles and desires that led you to look for a change, and the fact that you have found a solution. You will explain your journey as you learn about working online, building curiosity for your audience. You’ll also demonstrate your business progress, as well as your goals becoming a reality, showing them what is possible. By doing so, your message will connect emotionally with people who are similar to you, like-minded people with the same challenges and desires in life. Naturally, these people will be drawn to you; trust will develop; and they will look into your opportunity.

You are NOT selling or promoting any products. Never mention the products on your page and never mention them in your ads.

*** NOTE: This is not intended to be a script for your ad. This is for your general understanding only:

Our opportunity could be compared to a franchise idea.
If someone wanted to open a coffee shop but had no idea where to start, they might buy a Starbucks, or a Tim Hortons, etc.
In our case, for those people that want to get into the online world but have no idea where to begin, we have packaged together all of the sales tools they’ll need, along with the best marketing training, and top converting/paying products available online.
The content for your social media presence, using the Attraction Marketing business model, should bring people to think and feel like, “HEY THAT’S ME!”

This applies to posts on social media accounts, videos on a channel, and all advertisements. To achieve this, ask yourself these questions as you create content and ads:

• How does my audience feel?
• What are they frustrated about?
• What do they wish for?
• What’s their biggest problem or struggle?
• How are our business and products going to change their lives?
• How are we so different than other similar systems and communities?
• What about me and my ad/page that stands out?
• What do I have/know/do that other people don’t?
• What makes me different?
• What are the successful people doing?
• Did I build interest by providing an open loop with problems and solutions?
• Would I be inspired to take action by this ad/page?
• Did my ad promise change?
• Did I challenge common beliefs?
• Did I titillate the senses?
• Did I address pain points or needs?
• Did I provide any value in the form of nuggets or factoids?
• Did I provide a pattern interrupt?
• Did I use simple words and keep it as short as possible?
• Did a make a social proof statement?

Naming Your Page & Designing Your
Page With An Online Business
Focus

Why Do You Need A Business Page?

1. You need it to run ads from, also just as importantly, it will be where your warm market can learn about what you do.

2. The beauty of an automated sales system such as ours is that it allows people to move through the process at their own pace. However – that means that you’ll have people who take longer than others. You want to make sure you don’t lose people.

3. Your page allows you to speak directly to your followers. To allow people to get to know you, trust you, and like you. Don’t fill your page full of “marketing garbage” like motivational quotes. Use these sparingly. Sprinkle them in with other things – like the following:

• Images of you and how you spend your day, celebrate, etc.
• Go Lives about your business.
• Interesting articles about online business that you share on your page.
• Interesting content/ photos / videos about your passions / hobbies etc.

Before you create your business page, give some thought to what your page will be called. We suggest using your personal name or a variation of it as it is authentic and tells your followers who you are.

Great Options include:

• Your first and last name
• Your first and middle name
• Your first, middle, and last name
• You and your partner’s/children’s names

We recommend staying away from words like lifestyle, success, dreams, freedom, marketing, money, etc. – it just doesn’t sound authentic and they are overused.

STEP 2: Design a Banner (Cover Photo) in Canva

It’s important to do these steps on a laptop or desktop computer. Do not use a mobile device. Many of the necessary setup features are not accessible on a mobile device.

Training videos may appear different on your computer/laptop depending on your location, whether you are using a PC or a MAC, and which operating system your computer/laptop is using i.e. Windows 10, 8, etc.

NOTE: The Facebook cover photo size might be either 820 x 312, or 2050 x 780. Both will work.

Getting Organic Followers

Now that you have created your Facebook Business Page, you will want to build an audience of likes/followers. Ideally, these are potential prospects who may be interested in your business. They can also be people who are close to you and who will show you support on your new business journey.

The first step is to acquire some “Organic Page Likes or Follows.” This is not a requirement, and there is no minimum number to obtain, but it is a beneficial step. It may help gain trust with Facebook as a new advertiser on the platform.

Here are a few ways in which you can get some Organic Page Likes/ Follows for your new Facebook Business Page:

• Invite family members to “Like or Follow” your Business Page.

• Invite your Facebook Friends from your personal profile to “Like or Follow” your Business Page.

• Share your Facebook Business Page link with real-life friends and work colleagues who might also be on Facebook.

• Share your link in networking groups you belong to – only if it is considered appropriate to do so in that group.

• Share your link with people in other Facebook groups you belong to – only if the group rules permit it, and only with people whom you have things in common with. *Never spam a group*

• Ask your mentor to share your page for Likes/Follows from their team.

• Ask your coach if they have additional groups or teams that they can share your page with.
