POACHING POLICY

Our community abides by a very simple rule – the person that a buyer registers with through their funnel first is the person who will get the right to sponsor that buyer in as a distributor. This is what we call the “FIRST OPT-IN RULE”.

 
BUYER – is someone who has paid to enter our community.
 
POACHING – Is when someone tries to manipulate the system or a buyer so that it is made to appear that the buyer belongs to someone else so that they get the chance to sponsor them (Example: by getting that buyer to refund and re-register in another funnel).
 
Anyone who is proven to have POACHED a buyer then will be subject to the following punishment:
 
1. Their sales funnel will immediately be suspended so that they can get no more leads, and they will be removed from the community Facebook page.
 
If a buyer comes in while their sales funnel is suspended then the buyer will go to the next Opt-In. If the POACHER is a coach then this will require them to have someone else help with having their coaching call buyers added to the group.
 
2. They will be responsible for paying a fine to the person that they poached the buyer from. 
The POACHER will ONLY be allowed back into the community Facebook group, and have their sales funnel re-activated AFTER proof of payment to the person that they poached the buyer from can be shown.
 
The POACHER must provide proof of sending the payment – AND the person who was Poached from must also send proof of receipt.  Funds provided must be in US dollars (USD).
 
Repeat offenders will be subject to repeat fines. Each offence that is proven will require payment of the above penalties in full before being reactivated on the system.

The Coaches Council

This is a forum made up of senior coaches from the community that reviews all matters involved in the ethics of running our business. As such, please be aware that cross promoting other opportunities apart from this business to fellow members is strictly prohibited. Further to that, sharing your link with existing members of the Dream Team who you have not invited into is also prohibited. Channel your efforts to people who are not already aligned with this community. Any violation of this will result in an investigation by the Coaches Council.

As a new Member Partner, your first goal is sponsor 5 Members or Member-Partners.   Once you do so, your $100 monthly membership fee is waived AND you still to get 200 Reward Points!   
 
There is no time limit that you have to do this in – BUT if you can do it in your first month – you’ll get a bonus.   As long as you have 5 Members or Member-Partners  directly below you then you will stay membership free.   
 
This is true even if it’s the same 5 people forever – because this is a subscription program.   
 
This is STILL true if any of the people below you sign up 5 people and become membership free also (this is actually ideal).

If you have a lead that tells you they would like to go through the information on your website again but that they can't get back to it, you can send them this link:

This website is exactly like your thank you page EXCEPT it does not have the button on it to get to your inCruise account (because everyone uses this page). The only button on this page is for the lead to become a Member-Partner Business Partner. So if they click the button they’ll be taken to the $100 buy now page – which is the first step in their process.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THIS LINK:
ONLY SEND THIS LINK TO LEADS THAT YOU CAN SEE IN THE ADMIN SYSTEM.   IF YOU SEND THIS LINK TO SOMEONE THAT HASN’T REGISTERED IN YOUR FUNNEL, THEN THEY COULD BECOME A BUYER AND NOBODY WILL KNOW WHO THEY BELONG TO.

The Transition of a Lead To Member Partner

The below flow chart walks you through process of how a lead enters our platform and then goes on to become either a Member or Member Partner Business Owner.

If this buyer had a coaching call, then there is nothing to do as the buyer no longer qualifies for a refund. The coach will be compensated for their call. 

Simply log into the Dream Team Admin system and click on “My Referral Links”.    If there is no link there then reach out to your direct mentor and ask them to add their link.   

THE ONLY LINK YOU SHOULD USE TO JOIN SOC IS THE ONE IN THE ADMIN SYSTEM.  

This buyer will have “Enagic Buyer” membership status in our admin system and their first funnel will be free.

In the future, when the buyer decides to upgrade their Dream Team membership, they will not have to pay again for their coaching call involved in the upgrade process.

If this buyer has NOT had a coaching call, AND the purchase falls within the 30 day refund window for the $149 purchase, then they have two options:
 
1.  Refund the $149 purchase and make a $100 purchase (assuming that they are within their 30 day refund period still).   If your buyer’s 30 day period has passed then they cannot refund, and will proceed as described below:
 
2.  Do not refund the $149.   Coach will explain to person that they will not have to pay for their first funnel, and if they choose to upgrade their Dream Team membership at any point they’ll also not have to pay for the coaching call.
 
Note:  We cannot process partial refunds on our system.

When someone is considering to start a diversified business that has multiple income streams – not to mention requires a more significant investment (Enagic) – then a coaching call is helpful so that the new entrepreneur can make informed decisions and get started in the best way possible.

 
People who buy in through our inCruises-only funnels do not have a coaching call, so we don’t charge them for it.  They pay $25 for their first funnel, and if they choose to upgrade their Dream Team membership, also pay $25 for their coaching call.
 
People who come in through one of our funnels that offer all income streams pay $149, which includes their coaching call and first funnel.
 
So in the end, Dream Team members end up paying the same amounts.

Adding New Member Partners To
Our Platform & Community

This is Exciting Stuff!

Once your buyer signs up as a Member-Partner from your inCruises website, you will get an email notification from inCruises.  Note that you must ensure these notifications are not disabled (by default the emails are turned on). 

 
Once you have that email confirmation, reach out to your mentee and provide them with the below link to our training site. Tell them to use this link to create a user account. 
 
This step is important – because if they haven’t created an account then we cannot unlock their access to the training.

Plan Out Your Sales Funnel

Every Dream Team business owner gets a standard Sales Funnel. That includes a landing page (also known as a lander) where prospects will sign-up for the webinar. There are several templates to choose from. Your next steps are to choose your landing page / lander style and gather some specific information so that our team can build your funnel.
 
 
Read the information below to understand what a sales funnel is, then follow along with the videos for creating your own funnel.
 
A sales funnel consists of several parts:  
 
Landing Page – Where your leads register for more information by providing their name and email. Part of your setup will be to buy a domain – a landing page is the first page that someone will see on that domain once your funnel is built. This link should be the only link you ever use – because if your leads don’t register on your funnel they won’t be tracked as your leads – and someone else will get them when they buy in.
 
Thank You Page – Immediately after being registered on the landing page, leads are taken to this page, where they can watch a replay of the webinar, get your email to add to their contacts, and your personal Facebook profile link to add you on Facebook. These last two steps are important because we want to make sure that they get your automatic email campaign to their inbox – and you can invite them to like your Facebook Business page.
 
Automatic Email Campaign – This is a series of emails that our system will send to all of your leads on your behalf. It is not necessary for you to email your leads because the system does it for you. We recommend that you communicate with your leads through Facebook messenger instead.
 
The emails come from your business email address and are signed with your name. Leads will get these emails for about 1.5 months after registering on your landing
page. The emails not only invite leads to the live webinar – they also provide insight and information into social media advertising – as well as provide a link for people to take the next step when they’re ready – buying the $149 package.
 
 
You should register on your landing page with multiple emails (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.) – so that you get these automatic emails to your inboxes. Then be sure to open them all. This helps your email inbox with those providers.
 
NEVER UNSUBSCRIBE YOURSELF FROM YOUR OWN EMAILS.
 

The first thing to do is select a landing page template from the ones shown below:

Note: We strongly recommend that you use a standard landing page we provide for at least a couple of months. We’ve created these in order to make the start-up process easier for you, and because they generally work the best.
 
If after some time, after gaining some experience in your business, you want to make some updates/changes on your landing page, or you want a new landing page for your
funnel, custom-designed by you, that option is available to you. There are online forms to complete and fees will incur. 
 
Choosing a lander must be specified in the New Funnel Form prior to the build.

Manage and Update Your Funnel
Important: Please be sure to update your funnel information using the “Admin System” in the “Manage My Funnel Info” tab before sending in a funnel update form to the funnel team.  Once the funnel team receives your funnel update, It will be assigned and updated within 24 hours after the payment for the update has been made.
Note: Updating your “Manage My Funnel Info” tab alone will not update your funnel, You must send in a funnel update form to complete your update. The funnel team will not update your funnel unless you have updated your “Manage My Funnel Info” tab to reflect the requested update.

Glossary of Dream Team Terms

Buyer

A lead who has either paid $100 (inCruises only funnels) or $149 (full member funnels) to become part of the Dream Team to access our system, tools & training.
 
Coach
A Dream Team member who has been in our community for a minimum of 6 months, holds at least the Enagic rank of 4A, has passed the assessment interview, and has signed up to do coaching calls. (Note – coaching calls are not done for the inCruises Only funnels)
 
Coaching Call
A strategy meeting between a coach and a buyer, by telephone or video conference call, designed to inform the buyer of our business model, to help them identify which Enagic product(s) are most suitable for them, and to determine the best way to get started for success.
 
Distributor
Someone who has purchased a product from Enagic and has received their distributor I.D. number, giving them the authorization to earn commission on Enagic products sold within their business.
 
Domain (also URL)
Your purchased and registered website name (i.e. – www.johndoemarketing.com), which can be used for a web page, or an email account, or both.
 
Dream Team
Our private, invite-only Facebook group which serves as a marketing tool to inspire and educate buyers to become distributors.
 
Flock
A team communication app available on computers and smartphones, used by the Dream Team community for all business-related conversations, and for sharing relevant information.
 
Funnel
The marketing term for the entire step-by-step process that a person follows, from first learning about the business, to becoming a distributor, which includes all stages and micro-commitments from seeing an advertisement or social media profile, going to the landing page, attending the webinar, joining the Dream Team, and having a coaching call.
 
GoDaddy
The company that we purchase our domain and business email from.
 
Landing Page / Lander
