The capacity to learn is a gift …The ability to learn is a skill … The willingness to learn is a choice.
Use the same profile photo as on your Facebook business page for consistency. Make sure this photo is a clear and professional photo showing your face and eyes (no sunglasses). DO NOT USE A LOGO.
Choose a category that best describes you: Entrepreneur, Business Consultant, or Public Figure.
Your bio: Have fun with this! Keep the wording short but tell your followers who you are in a few words and even use some fun emojis.
Link: DO NOT add your InCruises link. Instead, add the link to your Dream Team landing page.
Why? Because if they get a sneak peak of what company you work with, there’s nothing stopping them from Googling InCruises and finding someone farther up the ranks than you, to sign up under them instead. Another reason is because we want them to go to your landing page, so that your funnel can send them emails signed by you, to create curiosity and build a relationship. Also, we can best track them through the system.
Instagram is a VISUAL platform! (also known as IG, Insta and the Gram)
It’s all about striking, good quality, clear photos. You can even use the built-in filters they give you when you’re posting, but not all photos require a filter.
It’s ideal to let your IG photos speak for themselves WITHOUT text on them because they’re more appealing to the eye, as seen in these examples:
Don’t post every day. Posting on Instagram is not like Facebook where you need to post 3x a day. Over posting or even every day actually does not help in producing quality content or help your posts get seen by others on IG. So, what’s ideal? Posting around 3-5 times PER WEEK. Instagram is about visual media, quality over quantity. BUT like with all things, stay consistent on posting weekly.
What to post?
When it comes to the laptop lifestyle, and travel especially, think about what descriptive words come to your mind. Here’s just some…
Fun
Adventure
Culture
Happiness
Energy
Peace
Connection
People
Nature
Freedom
These are examples of things to keep in mind when you’re creating content! Posts need to illustrate and inspire these types of things!
